I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great with easy access to shops and a private beach with palapas. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The staff was helpful, especially the valay team, and the breakfast had several options besides the buffet.

We loved the spacious room with a sitting area and a full kitchen, complete with utensils and appliances. The view from our room and throughout the hotel was stunning. The hotel provided a shuttle to visit the other resorts in the area, allowing us to explore different options for dining. The location of the hotel, right on the marina, was perfect for taking leisurely walks and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The location was perfect, nestled right on the marina, offering breathtaking views from my spacious and comfortable room. The amenities were top-notch, with a full kitchen and a fridge stocked with all the essentials. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The heated pool was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring this beautiful place. I also loved the fact that the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the steakhouse at another resort, as well as easy access to a small beach across the canal. This hotel truly knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality services.
To be honest, I can't think of any negatives about this place. It is an exceptional hotel that I would highly recommend to everyone.

The resort is beautiful and we loved the free shuttle to the other El Cid properties. The friendly atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
